Pathetic service and absolutely no feedback

Pathetic service More than a month waiting for them to advise where, when my parcel was delivered and who signed??? The customer care nr waiting time is 15-20min and then when I asked what the lady’s name was the phone call was ended. I’ve sent email to apparent manager *** With no reply. If someone reading this have any way of getting through to management please advise. This was aspecial birthday present for 24 Feb ?!?!
