Pathetic service and a business run by amateurs

Absolutely pathetic service. This company does not know how to run a business. I logged a pick up on 26th August and received an SMS stating that my parcel will be fetched within 2 days. BUFEX***QYQ. By the 30th no one had come to collect so I called customer service and was told that someone would come by 2nd or 3rd September and no one has come. I called customer service again on 4th September and I was told that it will be collected “some time” during the week. I was told on both calls that my pick up has been escalated and I should further escalate via email. *** which I did with follow up emails and was told twice via email that this has been escalated for a driver to collect. Today is the 9th and still no one has come. I called customer service again and was told that there was no escalation done and I was **** to. Is this how this company is run? Based on lies and just ignorance when it comes to business? There are also no supervisors or managers available. This business is really being run by amateurs or people who just don’t know what they are doing BUF*** I was told a Tebogo the supervisor will call me back by latest 1pm. Doubt that will happen also I would not recommend any person or company to use them
