Pathetic Service

This company is a ****. On the 21 April they send me sms saying my parcel will be delivered within 48 hours, that was after i paid the custom levies. I called them on the 25th since i tracked my parcel and saw wrong pun drop.

The lady I spoke to was unbothered. She told me they gave my parcel to a guy who does not do deliveries in my area. As to why I was not told. When I call today 28th a guy named Simpiwe Mavuso told me they can't pick up my address on google maps. Noone called me.

The WhatsApp number you get no response. The email also. Only when i called Simpiwe advised he can see the email but noone responded.

Why do we even have to pay you Buffalo if you dont deliver. Your service is useless and you have no sense of urgency.
