Pathetic service

Absolutely terrible experience using Buffalo. My parcel was wrongly allocated , then on Friday the 7th June , I received an sms stating I would receive my package within 48 hours as its out on delivery. I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! It's still showing wrongly allocated on my tracking page .
