Pathetic service

I would give you one star if I could! I absoloutely hate the fact that when I order international items they use Buffalo. There is always a delay! Always an excuse! This time the driver comes by my complex at 7 pm!! Pm and attempts to call me once then leaves, I've called everyday since Wednesday for redelivery and I keep getting different stories oh tomorow oh tomorow oh we have escalated oh we don't have managers! Who has no managers? Really? U were quick to debit customs! Now I'm told they're busy overriding the redelivery fee! Excuse me? Redelivery fee after your driver wants to show up at 7pm where your business hours are clearly stipulates as 6 to 5 for delivery! This is absolutel nonsense! Now I'm told oh it won't be delivered today or Monday. It will be delivered some time next week. What the hell buffalo! Your service is pathetic and I will also log a complaint with the company I purchased from! This is horrible horrible service! I want my parcel!
