Pathetic service!

I have sent e-mails, queried on their website, dealt with their Bot, to no avail. I have paid tax and duty on a parcel from overseas. All I get are prerecorded msgs urging me to pay VAt and duties. On their site you are supposed to be able to upload your pop. It doesm't respond. Their services are pathetic!
