Pathetic service
Gosh you people are useless!!!!! My delivery is to an OFFICE. Normal office hours are 08:00 to 16:30 on WEEK DAYS. The driver arrives at 07:49 and returns the parcel to the warehouse stating "company premises closed." Do the drivers not check "business hours" when they plan their routes?
Again today...out for delivery.... To an office.... Which is closed....
I have sent NUMEROUS messages on the WhatsApp number too. Nobody responds... EVER! I have also called the number on your website... Just an answering service stating to make contact on WhatsApp.
How are you still in business?
