Pathetic service

Buffalo logistics is the worse company to deal with. Their staff are rude, *********** and think they doing you a favour but are unable to give you answers or resolve issues. When you ask for a manager they are always on lunch but no one bothers to call you back. I ordered a parcel from Shein on the 9/624. I paid taxes in the 13th. Delivered to their warehouse on the 15th but to this day no delivery and no answers. I never want to deal with them again.
