Pathetic Service

The service is F@#$G pathetic. My daughter received an sms at 20h05 the evening to say that the parcel has been delivered and signed for. We were home the entire evening, no phone call from the driver to say he is on his way and she is still waiting for the parcel. They employed a bunch of *******. The matter is going to be escalated and it would take another 48 hours. Cape Town.
