Pathetic service

Actually, I don't even want to give them a star. I suggest "The Courier Guy" in South Africs.

Buffalo is pathetic. Tried so many "supervisors" and "managers" for assistance. Mr. Mabazu just replies that he is " not at work, writing exams, will be back on Monday..." and others don't even answer but Buffalo expects us to pay for rescheduling a delivery that was unsuccessful due to them having new drivers on our route and they did not call us for the delivery and even wend to the wrong town.
