Pathetic Service

I received a message and email on the 20th December adving my parcel will be delivered within 48hours. I did not receive my parcel, I called several times and was told to be patient and will get delivery. I spoke to Banele, Pumisa etc all absolutely blatant. Banele promised an email ehich was never sent. My work place is shutting down on 23 December @12pm and I aasked all theses people to please asssit with getting in contact with the driver to get my parcel delivered today 22/12 to avoid any complications. I begged for assistance and nobody helped. I even requested the drivers number and was told I cannot have his number yet I was told that the driver will call me when he is delivering and I need to wait. So then its okay that the drivers number will be avail when he calls me. I want my parcel. It was supposed be delivered latets by 13 December. Buffalo logistics had their own delays at the customers expense and still allow your staff to be so appalling over the phone. Pathetic!!!! I want my parcel!
