Pathetic service

I am so upset. I have called their call centre to kindly ask if they can change my adress they have it wrong. They were so pathetic telling me they cant. I have to drive from johannesburg to pick my parcel up in Pietermaritsburg they cant change my delivery adress. How useless is that. All i ask if they can change my parcel from edendale. To edenvale!!. I have sent over 30 emails. I have whatsapped them with absolutely no response! What a useless service that they cant just change a small mistake now they want to deliver my parcel to a place i dont stay and i have to drive how many hours to go pick it up. Thats their solution!! How useless!!! If they can just phone me to assist me that would be great! Now i paid taxes on my parcel and its gonna be sent back because they wont help me. Please can you help me with my parcel buffalo! I am still waiting. ***
