Pathetic service
I have not received my parcel, the parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday the 23rd. I called on Tues and I was told that the parcel will be delivered before thur 23 which is what their system was also confirming when I tracked my parcel. Worst thing their agents service is very poor, I spoke to Kamo yesterday and today I spoke to Precious and they we both not helpful. I requested the manager to call me and I was told the manager is in a meeting both yesterday and today. I need my parcel not later than today.

24 Nov 2023, 12:16I sent them emails and send messages on their WhatsApp no but no one is responding to any messages. I spent more than R300 on airtime trying to get my issue resolved but to no luck. They don't even return calls. Precious told me it's forbidden for them to call their drivers to check when are they going to deliver parcels.
