Pathetic Service

I have never experienced such preposterous service. I spoke to an incoherent consultant, named Kamo Chinzalazo and absolutely repulsed by the service rendered by her it doesn’t leave much to be desired

She has no sense of urgency and spoke to me as if she was doing me a favour or something!

I have never experienced such *********** service they sent me an sms stating that I will receive my items within 48 hours, however when I called them to follow up, this Kamo girl advised me that they despatched an incorrect and *********** driver with my parcel, who returned my items back to their warehouse in Kempton Park and now they expect me to go to Kempton Park due to your incompetence and unprofessional conduct, which is totally unacceptable, I refuse to wait 7 days because they have a backlog when I made a purchase on the 25th November 2022 and made payment for tax on the 1st Dec Why did Buffalo accept more orders if they have a backlog and why must I be inconvenienced by them making their Problems mine.

I am extremely livered and annoyed by their pathetic service.
