Pathetic service

The people and the service working for buffalo is terrible. I was supposed to receive my parcel from Temu yet on the day it was supposed to be delivered the driver Brian Mkhwa**** that was delivering the item had a bad attitude he called me when I answered the call he says "finally” not even a hello how are you apparently he was trying so bad to get a hold of me but he called me once I answered and advised him I’ll be outside when I got there he wasn’t outside when I went back in the house there was 3 other missed calls that I couldn’t answer as I went outside without my phone and status I seen on Temu was updated as not answering tel. What kind of service is this I will try my best not to get anything delivered from buffalo what a terrible company. Even tried contacting their customer service agents no answer or any help whatsoever.
