Pathetic service

They promise to deliver my parcel on the 16th June and I asked are you going to make this date because it's a Public Holiday, they said yes I stayed in the house no delivery was made, I track the parcel on whatsapp it says there's no order like on Temu said my order was delivered. I called again after several calls waiting they can't give me an exact date no apology for not meeting their date
