Pathetic service

I have been waiting since Friday for my order... I called in spoke to a customer service agent and he told me the order was going to be delivered on 21/02/2025 I waited at work until 17h00 and no order was delivered.

I called in on Saturday and spoke to Simphiwe as I saw that they tried to deliver after I had told the customer service agent that I do not work over the weekend, he was not very helpful at all. All he said was ''I understand and i do sincerely apologies"" he then assured that my order was going to be delivered on Monday 24/02/2025 again I waited at work until 17h00! I called in this morning 25/02/2025 and was advised that the driver had a breakdown and it will be delivered today! They do not know when orders will be delivered and DO NOT COMMUNICATE! Your service is PATHETIC!
