Pathetic service

Buffalo used to be so fast with delivering their packages but now that they use 3rd parties to deliver their packages it’s become a nightmare. My package was out for deliver for 3 days now and I’m still waiting for it . It’s honestly pathetic I’ve tried calling but have had no luck. I even tried their WhatsApp line and emailing them but I just can’t seem to get through . My package status is on Allocated to ITT - not recieved , what on earth does that mean . Honestly I’m just so upset . 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
