Pathetic return process

The worst return process I've ever encountered from a business, Impossible to get through to the contact center or get a response from a WhatsApp chat agent.

I've been waiting for a return package to be picked up for over 2 weeks now and I get a response to an email every 3-4 days that a driver will contact me.
