Pathetic non-existent service

My son purchased a phone cover from Snatcher on 10 April 2024. On 3 May 2024 Buffalo Logistics made a call to deliver which was missed by my son. He received a mail from Buffalo stating that the call was not answered and the item has been returned to depot. No delivery was attempted. Subsequently we've phoned Buffalo several times and the answer was the same .. will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. On 9 May we phoned again and was informed of delivery on the day. Immediately thereafter another mail was sent stating 24 - 48 hours. Later the status on tracking showed "wrongly allocated" returned to warehouse. Today is the 10th of May, nothing. Status: In transit - 12 days This company should not be trading as there is no service delivery whatsoever. Pathetic, useless, meaningless are but some of the less harsh words I can use.
