Pathetic is an understatement

I wish I never ordered anything from Temu because of this delivery company. They keep lying and saying that "nobody is at home" and now I'm getting automated calls about potentially charging me extra. I have been in direct contact with the courier guy and he keeps making arrangements with me that he doesn't stick to. I have sent their support all the screenshots etc and they just don't reply. I feel like I am never going to get my package and it was a big order. I will never ever work with this people again an I hope that nobody does.
