PATHETIC!!!!!

Placed an order with Shein - neither Shein or Buffalo Couriers informed me the order is with Buffalo Couriers! After paying the Import Tax they informed me the parcel will be delivered within 72 hours … when you contact them they just tell you the parcel is with a 3rd party couriers...… so basically they DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS AND WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHERE IT IS!!!!!!!! Shein and Buffalo Couriers is a ****!
