Pathetic failed delivery customer service

The courier contacted me on the day of delivery, I missed his call which I admit, however I called him back less than 1 min later(I literally have proof) and WhatsApp'd him immediately using the number they provided on the day of delivery. I have been trying to reach these people by phone, email, WhatsApp, online chat for the past 5 days and guess what? they unreachable on all their platforms, it feels like an unqualified person trying to perform open heart surgery, it's nearly impossible to reach these people. They have pathetic failed delivery after service, I rate them a zero on customer service. I need my package delivered immediately or refund me all my monies back, you guys are just useless.
