Pathetic drivers of Buffalo logistics

Ordered things from Temu. Should have been delivered yesterday. Got a message this morning that parcel has been taken back to Wearhouse due to me not answering my phone. Now this is utter bull. It seems that the driver made a call via Whatsapp. I do not do Whatsapp calls if I'm not home. So now my client has to wait because of this driver and his Whatsapp calls. Now we have to wait till Monday. Buffalo does not want to give me the address in Bloemfontein
