Pathetic Driver , Bad bad customer service by Buffalo Logistics

If I could give zero star I definitely would for Buffalo logistics. Their service is extremely horrible, I received an SMS saying “Your Parcel will be delivered to you today” which was 4 days ago, I waited and waited no avail.

I struggled everyday calling Buffalo and no one helps me, I ask for the driver contact number they don’t want to give me. Their service is extremely horrible, as for the driver Xolani Mncube who was mentioned to be delivering my package , what a pathetic driver who doesn’t care about customer service and delivering on time. Until today I am waiting for a parcel that I never know if it will arrive or not.
