Pathetic Delivery Service

Terrible service from them. Last status of my parcel was ' arrived in DC, DBN' which was over 3 days ago. But, to date, there is no update about the delivery. Their Servies have deteriorate significantly. This company is hiring 3rd party delivery people, who have no idea about working and delivering within the time frame. It is obvious that Buffalo has no control over these unprofessional 3rd party delivery guys who only work in their individual capacities.

More to be blamed is Buffalo itself for not keeping up with the delivery of the parcels to its destinations.

I even tried calling their listed number, but it leads to nobody responsible least to provide any valid reasons.
