Pathetic customer service

I ordered from SHEIN and my parcel was shipped on 14 December 2021, with expected delivery being 01 - 04 January 2022. Item arrived in SA on the 25th and was requested to pay duty which I did. Today is the 6th of January, two days later after expected delivery and I still haven’t received my items which I ordered in time so they can be delivered for my trip. Buffalo does not respond to emails nor answer phone calls. It’s the most disgusting company I’ve ever had to deal with, no customer service at all. What is so difficult to just courier my parcel which I paid for….
