Pathetic customer service

I received an SMS on Monday from buffalo that my parcel will be delivered within 48 hours. Called them Wednesday, the lady said there is an issue with my address and she will escalate the order to be delivered the next day. I called the next day morning and I was told I will definitely receive my parcel Thursday. Called in ABIT later on Thursday and I was told that my order will only be dispatched in Friday. I also spoke to the manager and he assured me Friday. Why did they SMS me to begin with that I would receive my order . Why was I not contacted if there were queries with my order. I purchased many times previously and there were no delivery issues. Furthermore the staff that speaks on the call are the most unhelpful and rude people ever. One of the consultants did not want to give me a chance to even speak , cut me off. Really terrible service .we get notified to pay for duties instantly and there is no issues to contact me then
