Pathetic customer service

I look forward to this time of the year every year cause I get to spend time with all my loved ones but this year not so such why ? All because of Buffalo international logistics!! Got me stressed out so much cause I'm worried I won't get everyone's gifts on time now I must run around trying to figure out what I must buy everyone all over again. Placed the order way in advance. I Don't really have time to go to the shops to get something cause I have a busy schedule then I thought why not get something for everyone one time on Shein which will all be delivered together and be most convenient for me. But no Buffalo can't even have a parcel delivered to out you on time. When I called the first time the number didn't exist called back again and still nothing , if I knew what I know now back then I would have never ordered from Shein. Talk about pathetic customer service.
