Pathetic customer service

This company has really bad customer service and delivery, I have been waiting almost a month now for my oarcel to be delivered and when you try to contact them you get automated voicemail and emails, even there live chats are automated by a bot and if and when you get a ageny they of no help you get told that your parcel will be delivered within 48-72 hours and atill you don't receive anything
