Pathetic customer service

I logged a complaint on the 11th April regarding my delivery which I ordered on the 23rd March. I was advised that an agent will be in contact with me and have not received a response to date. This is pathetic service and I hope Shein uses a different logistics company because Buffalo Logistics is useless when it comes to customer service. My order number is BUFZA***YQ
