Pathetic customer service

Pathetic service from Buffalo logistics.

Expecting a parcel where duties have been paid for. 10 days later I still don’t have my parcel and still getting messages and calls that it hasn’t been paid after sending proof of payment a number of times.

No one replies emails or provides feedback. All I get told is that finance is running on a backlog.
