Pathetic customer service.

I have an order that was supposed to be delivered to me from SHEIN. I have ordered from SHEIN before and always received my order within two weeks or so. However every other time my order was delivered to me by Aramex. This time my order is being delivered to me by buffalo. It’s now overdue and when I call all they say is that the order has not left China yet. When I ask why, they say customs haven’t been paid, even though I paid my customs weeks ago and also sent them my proof of payment. It’s extremely hard to even get a hold of this company, as 90% of the time they don’t even answer calls. When they do answer calls, they can provide no solid answers or advice. So disappointed. Don’t think I’m going to get my parcel. Just lost 3k
