Pathetic courier service needs to shut down

Buffalo logistics has dreadful customer service. My order has been delayed on several occasions after being made to pay customs than the agents are not helpful telling me the parcel is with fastway yet I haven't received any tracking number.

I am distraught I have a second parcel to be shipped by them...I will agai have to pay customs and again wait a century to receive my order.

I am gravely dissatisfied
