Pathetic Courier Service

Buffalo Internation courier are the worst courier service anyone can use. I have a online order from Shein that was suppose to be delivered on Saturday the 13th of September. Apparently the driver attempted to deliver the parcel and there was no one at the address. He also tried calling but in actuall fact there was no phone made. I then called the Courier service on monday to explain the situation. Today on the 16th of September i received a call from Buffalo International courier appologizing for the inconvenience caused and the parcel is out for delivery. I was also informed that the driver will call before delivery but i am yet to receive the parcel including a phone call. I would never recommend anyone to use their service. What a pathetic courier company that lacks professionalism. I would never use this service moving forward.
