Pathetic Company

I would not even give them 1 star. They are such a pathetic company. They dont answer the phone, emails or wattsapp. No agent on wattapp just the stupid computer. They need to refund me but its almost a month later and i am not able to get hold of them in any way. After submitting the refund form with all the details i keep on getting a generic email asking for the details. Its so frustrating when you dont have competent people to deal with
