PATHETIC Buffalo Logistics..worst ever

Buffalo Logistics South Africa does not even deserve 1 star

I logged my return on the Shein App on 20 October 2023..Buffalo Logistics did not contact me once after a promise of 2 business days since I logged my return on the above date..I called daily and was one again promised they will collect..I even emailed Shein and Janssen and May responded with no help only "sorry for the inconvenience " Buffallo then told me the have escalated the matter twice..I called again..now they started to lie again to tell me they were at my property 3 times and cancelled my collection..I then told them it's a lie as we are are at home and received collection from other courier and logistic services..the then said one again another lie that they will escalate my matter..only to tell me yesterday that they are not able to tell when they will be able to collect but they will..however? I called them today and thy said my collection was cancelled again..how PATHETIC and I have to redo the return on the Shein App but there is no space to do that as my original collection is still open the App as it should be. I have emailed support@shein and the Legal service on google.. Shein should cancel Buffalo Logistics South Africa
