PATHETIC BUFFALO LOGISTICS

This company is harassing me with email about custom duties that I've already paid, I've sent proof of payment a thousand times, but they're still boring me with emails claiming I have to pay, I even complained to shein directly spoke Patrick who wanted proof that I sent after receiving the proof he said he communicated with Buffalo and sent them the proof but I'm still getting the annoying non payment emails, I'm sick of their emails, I want my order and I will never order from shein ever again, they've cost me my data on all the emails I've been sending ,they've cost me my time and frustration ,I'm sure there's better service somewhere else,this company is pathetic they don't care about their customers ,I hope as South African we take heed and start valuing our home grown companies than these shallow cheap pathetic companies who are just after our money and think nothing of you
