They don't even deserve a star. Rather a minus star. Their webpage says packaged will take a maximum of four days from order in Shanghai to delivery to my door in South Africa. It's been two weeks and most of that time my package has sat in Johannesburg and then Cape Town. It is infuriating to know that my package is less than 50kg from me, sitting gathering dust. Their webpage also states that customers can bypass door to door delivery and fetch their item from the warehouse. When attempting to contact them through one of the four unresponsive phone numbers and WhatsApp they provide. They state "no, pickups have been discontinued" So that rather important information along with all the defunct contact numbers are just left on their webpage. Furthermore when asked when my package would then be delivered they state tomorrow or the day after. When multiple times I've been notified of the package being out for delivery only for nothing to show. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers and unacceptable untrue statements of their punctuality and tardiness. They aren't hope delivered, they are frustration undeliverable. They should be shut down as a company as defunct. No better than the South African Postal service clowns. Rather use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and avoid these ******s.
