PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I'd give them a 0 star rating if that was an option!!! I do advice if you are wanting to buy anything from Shein or zaful I warn that the courier service that they use is pathetic and unprofessional. I recieved a mail on the 15th of December 2021 that my package would arrive between the 6th - 9th... It is now a week later and there's nothing to show for it !!! I tried calling and mailing but to my surprise no reply. They are unprofessional and pathetic !!!!
