Pathetic and unprofessional

They never answer their phone they will tell you your parcel is 48 hours away and ive been waiting 2 weeks and also they stated in the same message that i dont need to pay extra so that cant be the delay. Also if you are on their website and want to speak to an operator they never answer. They are absolutely pathetic
