Pathetic Agents and service

If I could give them 9 stars I would! Buffalo is a pathetic excuse of a logistics company. I wish this company would just lose its service and everyone in their call centre could get fired! The level of resolution is extremely low to nothing infact! I had my glasses ordered through Firmoo. They got to SA quite quickly but Buffalo has had them without delivering them. The driver dispatched tried to leave my glasses/package with security at the gate even when there is a sign that clearly shows no orders are to be left with security at this estate! The drivers don’t call when they get to the gate! I have never received any notification that a driver would be dispatched! Whenever I call in they say they have escalated it and a driver will be dispatched within 72 hours but it’s been a full 30 days! I am beyond angry with this pathetic company . I spoke to an agent on Saturday Phumla who laughed at me when I told her I will write a review on hello peter! She laughed straight on that call. I will be escalating to ombudsman
