PARCELS NOT BEING DELIVERED ON TIME

I am happy with Buffalo but Fastway Couriers are really bad I've been waiting for my parcel since Monday, getting notifications every day it will be delivered the same day but they took it back to the warehouse every day, I have even tried phoning the driver Patrick for 2 hours yesterday, 11/04/24 and he does not answer, call centre tried and he still does not answer. I have numerous parcels coming from Temu and don't want to deal with this everytime as this is now the 2nd time my parcel is late. Is there someone else to use. Tracking No: BUFZA***YQ
