Parcel taken to Cape Town which was meant for Gauteng, no response to queries

I confirmed my address that is in Gauteng, Wynberg and they decided to take my parcel to Cape Town. I need the parcel ASAP as my kids are going to a different province soon and I wont have the means to deliver the stuff to deliver the things to them.

I cannot get through to them and they are telling me about a turnaround time of 48hours just to respond to my query.

I am beyond ****ed, worst service ever.
