Parcel Shut Out. No delivery for weeks

I paid customs for my parcel exactly the day it arrived which was on the 17th of October, for a weeks they have been promising to deliver but would later send an email saying “sorry we missed you”. They then sent an email saying my order got lost whilst in transit, while I was still shocked the following morning they sent another email saying there was a strike near my location “which was a lie” so the order got lost, I then emailed them asking what really is happening with my order because now I’m getting a lot of clashing emails from them. Again they send me another email the day after saying “they will notify the supplier to refund me because my order apparently is a shut out order” I am so angry right now because I wanted to use what was inside the parcel this weekend. They’re not being professional at all and I’m tired of fighting and they even started ignoring me now. Please help me get my parcel 📦
