Parcel seems to have disappeared in thin air...

No new update on my parcel since 6th May. Their WhatsApp self help has been showing Dispatched for the past week, not corresponding with the tracking on their website. The call centre just keeps on escalating and escalating the issue but no one seems to know where my parcel is. I phoned the Driver who always delivers in our area, he told me that het was retrenched the 4th May. So my question is, where is my package? In the retrenched workers bakkie still?
