Parcel returned due to business closed after hours

My parcel was supposedly delivered on 04/07/2024 to my work address but was returned as the business was closed, the time was 17:58. Why do you deliver after 5pm when your working hours are 8am to 5pm? Can the driver no see that it is a business address and therefore deliver during working hours? Why has this not been delivered today?
