Parcel Not Received & Delivered to Incorrect Adress

I am beyond upset! My parcel was delivered to the incorrect address! After I've been waiting for a month! My dog passed away and I had a custom pillow made! They have delivered it someone else! These people are supposed to call you on the number you provide to them!!! Absolutely disgusted with Buffalo's pathetic service!🤬🤬🤬
