Parcel not received

I'm so angry with this company i even feel like rhe condemn what the driver duismd wirh nt parcel i never received my parcel on the 9th i have been telling them they busy saying they investigating like a whole 2 weeks they investigating!!!!!i want my refund its been too long asking for my refund i dont know whats stopping you to give back my money cause your driver lost my parcel thst was very important to me now you dealing to refund my monry back i just want my money back i want my tax money back your damn driver was irresponsible i wanr my refund im tired of you promising nonsense and ive bern wasting my money on airtime every day you not even calling!!!!!!buffalo logistics please refund back my money rhis is so unacceptable 🙄😖😡😡😡😡
