Parcel not received after update says delivered, now parcel is lost

I had ordered a parcel two weeks prior, had an update on the parcel saying that it was received at the durban depot last Wednesday. Had no updates after three days. Kept checking through Temu and On Buffalo with no change in the update. Spoke to the bot, the bot said that my parcel was delivered by Sphephelo Majola. Never received the parcel. Called their call centre number, spoke to a lady and she said she'd escalate the matter. Last Saturday temu sent me a shipping update, not Buffalo, saying that my order would be delivered in 72 business hours. Then this morning I received another update from temu saying that my parcel is lost. Then I went to Buffalo and it says parcel shut out. Don't know what's really going on but overall really poor service. I've received parcels from Buffalo before, first time this has happened and I hope it to be the last.
